Return and refund policy

First: Returns

At Hussein Ali Mohsen Trading Establishment (Al-Saqqaf Optics) , we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you are not completely satisfied with the order, you can return it within two (2) days of receiving the order, either through the online store or at one of our authorized branches in Jeddah.

Returns at branches

You can return your purchases to any of Al Saqqaf Optics branches in Jeddah within two days of the purchase date.
Please provide the digital invoice or order number to complete the return process within the branch.

Online returns

To begin the online return process, please contact customer service on the unified number 920015593 or click on the WhatsApp icon at the bottom of the page for direct communication, and provide our team with the order number or invoice.
Return requests can be submitted within two (2) days of receipt, and requests are usually processed within 7 to 21 business days .
If returnable products are purchased along with non-returnable ones , the entire invoice becomes non-returnable .
For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount is deposited into the customer's account within 3 to 7 business days after the product inspection is completed.
If you wish to exchange a product , you can return it via the branch or online and then repurchase the desired product.

Second: Non-returnable products

In order to ensure the quality and safety of medical and optical products, some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Contact lenses of all types.
Custom-made medical lenses .
Products received directly from one of Al Saqqaf Optics branches .
Products whose barcode label has been removed or damaged .

Third: General notes regarding returns

Shipping and cash on delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Products to be returned must be in their original condition : unused, undamaged, and in their original, saleable packaging .
Refunds are processed using the same original payment method used at the time of purchase.
The Haneen Ali Mohsen Trading Establishment (Al-Saqqaf Optics) reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
