First: Shipping and Delivery Information
Al Saqqaf Optics collaborates with approved shipping companies to deliver orders to all cities worldwide and all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Shipping is free for orders valued at 250 riyals or more .
- To ensure your order is delivered correctly, please make sure you enter a complete and accurate shipping address , which includes:
- Apartment, villa or building number.
- Street name, neighborhood, and city.
- The recipient's full name and correct mobile number.
- zip code.
- In the event of any error in the shipping address, the customer bears the cost of returning the shipment to Al Saqqaf Optics after the order is returned by the shipping company.
⏱️ Second: Delivery time
- All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order processing begins.
- In some special cases such as prescription glasses or custom lenses , orders may require additional processing time before shipping (2 to 4 additional business days).
- Delivery time depends on the customer's location and its distance from major cities.
- During peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may extend up to 10 working days due to the high demand on shipping companies.
Note: Fridays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Third: 24-hour pickup service (within Jeddah only)
Al-Saqqaf Optics offers express pickup service within 5 to 24 hours within Jeddah city.
This applies to items available at authorized branches.
This service may not be available for certain sizes or special products, or if the order requires an eye exam or the preparation of medical lenses .
Fourth: Shipping and return costs
- Shipping is free for orders valued at 250 riyals or more .
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product , the customer shall bear the cost of the return policy (35 riyals) .
- If the customer wishes to exchange the product and have a new product shipped to them , they will bear the cost of the new shipping label.
- Or he gets free shipping if the value of the new order exceeds 250 riyals or more .
- The shipping label fee will not be refunded if it has been issued and the order has already been shipped.
Fifth: Failure to receive the request
If the customer does not receive the shipment from the shipping company within the specified period, and the shipment is returned to our store,
The customer has the right to request a refund for the product after deducting shipping costs and any additional fees incurred in the return process.
Sixth: Return and Exchange Policy
Returns for reasons unrelated to quality or manufacturing defects:
The customer has the right to return the product within the period specified in the return policy , provided that the product is in its original condition and unused .
In this case, the customer bears the return shipping costs .
Returns due to a manufacturing defect or order error:
In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Al-Saqqaf Optics in sending the product,
The company bears all shipping and return costs, with product replacement or full refund to the customer.
