First off, it is a brand-new launch by Silhouette and this is the only store that had it. I was looking forward to this piece for a while now and thankfully they have it. What I really appreciate about them, apart from the pristine delivery of the product, is the customer service. One of the best customer services I've had the pleasure of experiencing. Very patient, very soft words, timely answers. I liked the model so much, I ordered another color for my father today. It is perfect!
